All Things New starts locally.
In September 2027, Seventh-day Adventists around the world will unite in sharing Jesus, but the opportunity for your church starts long before then.
Explore practical ways your church can get started now.
OneVoice27 is a worldwide evangelistic initiative of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, culminating in September 2027 with churches around the world proclaiming the hope of Jesus through every available medium.
This site is designed to help local churches turn that global vision into practical action in their own communities. Learn more at the official OneVoice27 website →
Live Like Jesus.
All Things New invites churches and members around the world to Pray Like Jesus. Share Jesus. Serve Like Jesus. Follow Jesus.
From prayer and Bible study to digital witness, community service, small groups, and discipleship, every church can find ways to participate.
So what could that look like in your community?
Global momentum. Local Impact.
OneVoice27 is the church-facing name of the initiative. All Things New is the public-facing name and theme, inspired by Revelation 21:5: “Behold, I am making all things new.” As people in your community encounter All Things New through global media outlets, your church has the opportunity to show up locally: sharing relevant content online, offering Bible studies, building relationships, and creating meaningful opportunities to connect in person.
The global church will amplify the message. Your local church makes it personal.
While the worldwide church shares the message at an unprecedented scale, local churches are called to surround that message with something only they can provide: a personal connection to a real, local community of faith.
The local church is the key.
Churches are invited to start now. Prepare spiritually, use media intentionally, and participate in the global evangelistic movement in September 2027.
There isn't a "one-size-fits-all" plan for this united effort. This needs to be authentic to you. Each church should get involved in ways that make sense for their members and their community.
Start with these focus areas, then build a plan that fits your church.
Prepare spiritually.
Spend intentional time with Jesus through prayer and Scripture before asking your community to do the same.
Build relationships now.
Focus on personal outreach, Bible studies, and intentional digital media evangelism to create familiarity and invite spiritual conversations.
Plan a September event.
Decide what type of in person event your church will host and invite people to attend.
Continue the connection.
Prepare to turn interests, Bible study requests, and event attendance into ongoing relationships.
What could All Things New look like for your church?
You don't need a complicated plan. Start with a prayer-led vision, then let's explore the opportunities to reach the people in your community.
PREPARE
OneVoice27 calls members to focus intentionally on Christ and Scripture as they prepare to share Him with others.
Pray together.
Make prayer part of your church's preparation through prayer partnerships, prayer walks, intercessory prayer, or other ways that keep Jesus at the center of your plans.Read the life of Christ together.
Invite members to read and reflect on The Desire of Ages individually, as families, or together as a church.Return to Daniel and Revelation.
Create a Sabbath School class, small group, prayer gathering, or churchwide study centered on these prophetic books.Prepare members to participate.
Begin talking with members about who they're praying for, how they can share their faith, and what role they could play in September.
Whether you begin by spending time in Scripture, preparing members to participate, or developing your evangelism plan, there are practical ways your church can start preparing now.
CONNECT
Don't wait until September to become visible. Begin spiritual conversations and local relationships now, both in person and online.
Offer Bible studies in your community.
Give spiritually interested people a clear way to raise their hand and begin studying with someone locally.
Become a familiar digital voice.
Share short, authentic videos that answer questions, offer hope, and let people get to know the pastor or members they'll eventually meet.
Encourage members to use their own platforms
Help members share faith naturally through their existing relationships and digital networks.
LeadGenerator can help connect your church with people locally who are requesting Bible studies. ReelFaith can help pastors develop an authentic short-form video rhythm that builds familiarity before the invitation.
INVITE
What will your church do in September? The global effort creates a moment, your church gives people a local next step.
Decide on your local event.
An evangelistic series, weekend centered on Jesus, Bible study launch, small groups, or something shaped specifically for your community.Make the invitation clear.
Decide who you're trying to reach, what you're inviting them to experience, and why it matters to them.
Give people more than one chance to hear about it.
Combine personal invitations, digital advertising, direct mail, event registration, and reminders to keep your event top of mind in your community.
Build a customized local event campaign around your church's message, audience, style, budget, and outreach goals.
FOLLOW THROUGH
September isn't the finish line. The real opportunity is turning all that global attention and local effort into lasting relationships.
Know who responded.
Capture Bible study requests, registrations, attendance, prayer requests, and other expressions of interest.
Make follow-up personal.
Connect people with leaders and members rather than letting the relationship remain purely digital.
Give your guests another next step.
Continue with Bible studies, small groups, worship invitations, future events, and intentional discipleship.
Event registration with automated reminders and InterestTracker can help enhance your guests' experience and organize your team's tasks so you can focus on the relationship.
Your 2027 Roadmap
You don't need to do everything at once, but there are things you can start doing now to help set yourself up for greater success throughout this global effort.
Prepare Hearts
Connect with Jesus through Scripture and prayer. Invite God into your planning for how your church can connect with your local community in 2027.
Lock in Plans
Decide how your church is going to connect through Bible studies, digital evangelism, and in-person events. (Get your members involved!)
Launch Bible Studies
Starting personal Bible studies in the spring gives you time to cultivate relationships and personally invite more people from your community who have already met and connected with you.
Digital Evangelism Groundwork
Sharing content through your church's social media channels, running short and long-form videos on YouTube, and encouraging member engagement gets your church in front of more people leading up to your fall events.
Promote Your September Event
Digital advertising, direct mail, and printed materials such as billboards, road signs, banners, and invitation cards all work together to let more people know about your upcoming event.
Host Your In Person Event
In September 2027, on the 2,000th anniversary of Jesus' baptism, the Seventh-day Adventist Church around the world will proclaim the Messiah together, in every nation, through every medium.
Keep the Momentum Going
Continue the relationships that began through Bible studies, digital outreach, and your September event. Follow up personally, invite guests into ongoing Bible study or small groups, and give people meaningful next steps into the life of your church.
What could your church's All Things New plan look like?
Participating in the same worldwide effort doesn't mean every church needs the same event, imagery, message, or outreach strategy. Start with your vision. SermonView can help with the pieces you need.
